5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise specified. Payment is due at the time of booking or as specified in your service agreement.

5.2 Refunds and Cancellations

Refund policies vary by service type:

• Online Programs: 14-day money-back guarantee from the start date
• Workshops and Retreats: Full refund if cancelled 30+ days in advance, 50% refund if cancelled 14-29 days in advance
• Coaching Services: 24-hour cancellation policy for individual sessions
• Digital Products: No refunds for downloadable content

5.3 Currency and Taxes

Prices may be subject to applicable taxes based on your location. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your local jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual Property
